Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Domestic Shipping (EU): Delivery takes 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • International Shipping (outside of EU): Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days, subject to customs clearance.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50,- (EU).

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Senty Skincare is not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Customs & Duties
